Spaghettoni vs Vermicelli
Two round strands at the thicker end of the range. Spaghettoni is the heavyweight, milled above spaghetti for a chewier bite that stands up to bold sauces. Vermicelli is thinner, sitting around spaghetti's own gauge. The fatter strand is spaghettoni.
