The difference

Spaghetti vs Spaghettoni

Spaghettoni is just a thicker spaghetti, the suffix oni meaning big. The extra couple of millimeters lets it stand up to bolder, chunkier sauces and gives a meatier bite, where standard spaghetti stays the lighter all rounder.
