Spaghettini vs Spaghettoni
The two ends of the spaghetti gauge, the same round strand milled thin or thick. Spaghettini is the fine one for delicate, oily sauces, spaghettoni the fat one with a chewier bite for heavier dressings. If spaghetti is the middle, spaghettini sits below it and spaghettoni above.
