The difference

Mezze maniche vs Sedani

Both are ridged, but mezze maniche is a short wide tube, almost a rigatoni cut down, while sedani is slim and gently curved, named for a celery stalk. One is broad and straight, the other narrow and bent. Diameter and the curve set them apart.
