The difference

Fusilli vs Casarecce

Both are twisted shorts, but fusilli is a full corkscrew helix while casarecce is a short flat ribbon rolled into an open S with a groove down it. Fusilli's spirals trap sauce all over, casarecce holds it in the channel. Both love pesto and chunky sauces.
