The difference

Casarecce vs Strozzapreti

Easy to confuse: both are short rolled shapes, but casarecce is a neat S curl with a smooth surface and a groove, while strozzapreti, priest stranglers, is a more rustic hand rolled twist, rougher and uneven. Both hold a chunky sauce well.
