The difference

Alfabeto vs Ditalini

Both are tiny soup shapes, but alfabeto are little letters stamped flat, the alphabet pasta, while ditalini are short ridged tubes. One is a thin shaped letter, the other a small hollow thimble. Ditalini carries a brothier soup, alfabeto is the playful one kids fish for.
