Spaghettini vs Capellini
Both are fine round strands, but capellini, angel hair, is finer still, under a millimeter across, while spaghettini is a thin spaghetti. Capellini wants the lightest broth or oil and cooks in a minute, spaghettini takes a slightly fuller sauce.
