The difference
Alfabeto vs Stelline
Both are flat stamped pastina for soup, but alfabeto are letters and stelline are little stars, usually with a center hole. Letters against stars, the same thin dough cut two ways. The difference is purely the shape floating in the bowl, and which one the kids prefer.
