The difference
Tortellini vs Tortelloni
Same fold, different size and filling. Tortellini are small, rings pinched around a navel of pork and Parmigiano and served in broth. Tortelloni are the big version, usually ricotta and greens, dressed with butter. The suffix tells you which: ini is small, oni is large.
