Tagliatelle vs Tagliolini
Same egg-ribbon family, cut to very different widths. Tagliatelle is the medium Bolognese ribbon for ragu, tagliolini is much narrower, almost a thread, made for lighter sauces and for broth. The width is the whole difference.
